A few years ago, we grew frustrated with the lack of available genuine American basswood. We sought out and sourced suppliers in the north-central USA, and now we are offering these premium blocks to all.

Our wood is sourced only from northern Wisconsin, which has always been the choice for discerning carvers due to the cold winters slowing growth, producing the tight, consistent, straight grain that carvers love.
